58: Why I don’t let my clients say “I don’t know.”

In today’s episode I’m talking about why “I don’t know” is often our default answer to the most important questions. Knowing this will lay the groundwork for you to catch yourself in this lie, and get to work on the answer that will move you forward.

Telling yourself “I don’t know” instantly stops you from making a decision or taking action. It seems logical that it would encourage you to seek answers, but the thought actually produces the opposite effect. I share an example in this episode so you can really see the difference!

When my clients offer “I don’t know” in our coaching, I never believe them. And because of this, I’m able to help them move to an empowered place where they always know exactly what to do next. Sometimes we all need that reminder.
