In this episode I am rebroadcasting my interview with guest Ressel Yu from waaaay back in episode 6 (2018!) and adding NEW insights that I received while tuning back in to one of my favorite episodes.
I want to re-share this conversation because it aligns so well with our recent topics of creating your future, accomplishing goals and unblocking yourself from anything that gets in the way of your dreams.
Ressel is an energy healer who works specifically with entrepreneurs to let go of their most stubborn unconscious beliefs...those hidden obstacles that create self sabotage even when you’re taking all the right actions.
I’ve learned so much more about neuroscience since then, and been certified in Neuro-linguistic Programming (which is the language of our unconscious) so it was fascinating and fun FOR ME to hear this conversation again a few years later.
